At the gateway to the Sequoia National Forest, Kern River Brewery is Kernville's only brewpub. This makes KRBC much more than just a restaurant; it's an attraction in itself. Keeping the names of the beer local, providing a simple yet diverse menu and having a comfortable place where everybody knows your name, Kern River Valley residents and visitors alike have found themselves at home.

Have you had the pleasure of enjoying our Backyard Restaurant yet?
The Backyard has been open since 2016 and continues to grow! When you pull in the parking lot you'll notice a large metal building - yes, it's BIG! The size allows us to continue growing our brewing operations, while also offering an additional restaurant with a new and delicious menu.
The Backyard is open 7 days a week spring through fall for lunch and dinner (winter/off-season hours we're open Thursday-Sunday). If you haven't tried it yet, what are you waiting for!?
